- Car fragrances once opened (for hygiene reasons).
2. How to Initiate a Return.

Processing Time: Refunds/replacements are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.
3. Refund Policy
Mode of Refund: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card, etc.).
Processing Time: Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

4. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
6. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you can initiate a return once received.
